消费纠纷的解决是保护消费者权益的关键所在。现行法律规定了多种解决消费纠纷的途径,但这些途径并不能保证消费纠纷得以快捷、高效、低廉、便利地解决。在此情况下,应充分运用行政裁决,促进消费纠纷的解决和消费者权益的保护。为此,建立行政裁决解决消费纠纷的机制,具有重要意义。

Arbitrating consumptive disp rtes is the key of safeguarding the right of consumer. There are many approaches of arbitrating the disputes. However, these approaches have not ensured that the disputes are solved efficiently and economically. With an eye to this situation, we should make use of the function of administrative arbitration to prompt the settlement of consumptive disputes and the protection of consumer＇s right.
