甘肃省中小企业产业结构分析

Analysis of the Industrial Structure of the Small-and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Gansu Province

甘肃省中小企业产业结构与全省经济结构和产业布局状况基本一致,但是第二产业的综合素质不高,第三产业发展缓慢,尤其是现代服务业发展滞后,而且区域布局不协调的矛盾突出,已经成为制约中小企业产业结构优化升级的主要障碍。因此,合理优化第二产业的内部结构,加快发展第三产业,培育、发展特色产业集群,是优化中小企业的产业结构、促进区域经济结构协调发展、提升甘肃省整体经济竞争力的重要途径。

The authors hold that, while paralleling the general trend of the enterprises in Gansu Province, the small-and medium-sized enterprises are defected with the poor quality of the secondary industries and the backwardness of the tertiary industries, and particularly the severe retardation of the modern services. Therefore, due measures ought to be taken to optimize the internal structure of the secondary industries and quicken up the step of the tertiary industries so as to improve the small-and medium-sized enterprise in general.
