稻谷在肉仔鸡饲粮中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究稻谷替代不同比例玉米对肉仔鸡生长、屠宰性能和部分血液生化指标的影响。将360只AA商品代肉仔鸡随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组(稻谷替代40%玉米)和试验Ⅱ组(稻谷替代100%玉米),分别在21,42日龄测定各组肉鸡的生长、屠宰性能及部分血液生化指标。结果显示:1-21日龄,3组间生长性能差异不显著(P〉0.05);22-42日龄,试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组、对照组比较只均增重显著降低(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组与对照组只均增重差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验Ⅱ组42日龄腹脂率显著低于试验Ⅰ组及对照组(P〈0.05),3组间各生长时期其他屠宰性能差异不显著(P〉0.05)。21日龄,试验Ⅰ组谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量较试验Ⅱ组、对照组显著增高(P〈0.05);各生长期,试验Ⅱ组尿素氮(BUN)浓度较其他两组显著增高(P〈0.05),3组间其他血液生化指标差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,稻谷替代饲粮中40%的玉米,对肉鸡各阶段生长、屠宰性能无影响;稻谷完全替代玉米,对肉仔鸡1-21日龄生长、屠宰性能影响不显著,22-42日龄只均增重、腹脂率显著降低,但42日龄体重基本符合AA肉鸡上市要求,对肉仔鸡血液生化指标特别是42日龄指标无影响。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of replacing corn with paddy in different per centage on growth, slaughter performance and some serum biochemical parameters in broilers. Total 360 AA commercial broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group(basal die group Ⅱ ( 100% replacement). Growth, slaughter performance and some serum t), group Ⅰ (40% replacement), bio chemical parameters of each replicate were determined at age of 21, 42 days. The results showed that in 1- to 21-day, there were no significant differences in growth performance(P〉0.05); in 22- to 42-day, compared with group Ⅰand control, the average body gain was decreased in group Ⅱ (P〈0.05), the diarrhea percentage was lowest in group Ⅱ in 42-day(P〈 0.05), and there were no significant differences in other slaughter performance among three groups. GPT, ALP contents were significantly increased in group I in the 21-day(P〈0.05), and BUN concentrations were signifi cantly increased in group Ⅱ in all periods(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in other serum biochemical parameters among three groups(P〉0.05). The conclusions were that 40% corn was replaced with paddy in dietary, which were no effects on growth, slaughter performance in all periods in broilers. 100% corn was replaced with paddy, which were no significant effects on growth, slaughter performance in 1- to 21-day broilers; average body gain and diarrhea percentage were significantly decreased in 22- to 42-day. There were no effects on serum biochemical parameters, especially at the age of 42 day. The body weight could meet the requirement for market at age of 42 day.
