我国社区警务建设中群众工作的调查与思考

Investigation and Thought about the Mass Work on the Construction of the Community Policing in China

社区警务是世界第4次警务革命的产物。人民警察积极开展群众工作,动员和组织群众参与社会治安防范,共同维护社会治安是我国社区警务建设的重要内容。为了解当前我国社区警务建设中群众工作的现状,笔者对长沙市部分社区进行了调查,了解到当前我国社区群众工作虽然取得了一定的成绩,但还存在着一些问题。为了加强我国社区警务建设中的群众工作,社区民警应通过加大对群众的宣传教育的力度,加强对群众的组织工作等途径来开展社区群众工作,共同维护好社会治安。

Community policing is the product of the Fourth World Police Revolutionary. The important content of the construction about the community police service in our country is that the People＇s policemen carry on the mass work positively, mobilize and organize the populace to participate in the social order guarding, maintain the social order together. In order to understand the present situation of the mass work about the construction of the community police service in our country, the authors have carried on the investigation to some communities in Changsha, we have understood that we have obtained some certain results, but also there are some problems. In order to strengthen the mass work about the construction of community police service in our country, the community policemen should enlarge propaganda education dynamics to populace＇s, strengthen the organization of the mass work, improve the relationship between the police and the people diligently, increase the transparency of the work of the community police service, accept the supervision coming from the populace. Only through these ways can we do the Mass work in the community and maintain the social order together well.
