抗氧化营养素对奶牛健康和牛奶风味的影响 被引量:1

摘要 奶牛的几个重要健康失调问题包括胎衣不下、乳房水肿和乳房炎,其严重性和流行性与氧化应激有关。某些抗氧化营养素可作为抗氧化剂或抗氧化酶成分对氧化应激起直接作用。此外,抗氧化营养素也影响牛奶风味。文中主要对抗氧化营养素对乳房炎、胎衣不下、牛奶风味的影响进行了综述。
