本文介绍了一种基于FLASH MEMORY的数据存储应用方法。详细阐述了使用E5CPU将FLASH MEMORY作为数据存储器的基本原理,着重分析了地址映射的过程,给出了相应的框图及关键的程序。
This article introduces a new method to store data in flash memory based on Triscend E5 CPU, describes principle of how to use flash as data memory, analysises the processor of memory remap, and finally gives a architectural drawing and a key program.
