摘要
针对传统泄漏检测方法中的检测效率低,测量精度不高等问题,设计了一种以dsPICPIC30F6012数字信号处理器为核心的差压泄漏检测仪,论述了其工作原理、系统硬件电路结构及软件设计。采用高精度微差压变送器、温度传感器及具有标准I2C总线的低功耗液晶显示器,并利用温度补偿技术,实现了快速高效、高精度的气密性检测。
For the low efficiency of detection and the deficiency of the measuring accuracy in the traditional leak detecting methods, a differential pressure leak detector based on dsPICPIC30F6012 digital signal processor is designed, its working principle, system hardware circuit construction and software design are introduced, It adopts the micro differential pressure sensor with high precision, the temperature sensor and the low-power LCD displaying, at the same time, temperature compensation technique is considered, and airtight detection with the high efficiency and high precision is realized.
