急性冠脉综合征中医证型与IL-18、Hs-CRP的相关性研究 被引量：9

摘要 目的:研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中医辨证分型与白介素18(IL-18)、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的关系。方法:对190例急性冠脉综合征住院患者,采用临床调查的方法,分析其中医证型与IL-18、Hs-CRP的相关性。结果:瘀血痹阻型与痰浊闭阻型组的IL-18、Hs-CRP水平偏高,且与其他各证型组比较有显著性差异。结论:急性冠脉综合征之瘀血痹阻证、痰浊闭阻证与IL-18、Hs-CRP有密切的相关性。
