数控卧式多工位深小孔钻床的开发设计

摘要 设计了一种数控卧式多工位深小孔钻床.机床采用卧式回转布置方案和分级进给加工工艺方法;零件孔深按一定比例分配到多个工位加工.利用该设备可实现工件快速装卸、高效自动化加工、刀具破损自动检测报警等.该设计可为汽车喷油器体深小孔加工提供可靠的技术装备,具有推广应用价值. The multi-location horizontal numerical control driller is designed. The machine tool is rotary collocated and processing technic scheme adopts step by step feed. The hole that be distributed to various location to a scale of part be manufactured. The workpiece can be loaded and unloaded and automatic manufactured efficiently by the equipment. The equipment gives an alarm when the cutter was dilapidated. The design pro- vides credible technical arrangement when the deep hole of high pressure gasoline gate passage of automotive engine nozzle holder was manufactured. The design has high value in the popularization of application.
