摘要
江西铜业集团公司30万t铜冶炼扩产,砷滤饼的产量将大幅增加,原有的设备已不能满足生产需求,本文研究了在原有设备基础上,新增压力浸出砷滤饼的工艺流程,并确定最佳工艺条件。
Along with the commissioning of JCC's new expanded 300 ,000 ton/a copper smelting&refining project, the output of arsenic lifter cake will be increased largely. Original equipment could no longer meet production needs. This article studies the flow sheet of additional autoclave leaching of arsenic filter cake and selects the optimum process condition based on existing equipment situation.
