摘要
江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间现有的回转式阳极精炼炉,密封性差,漏风量及烟气热损失过大,还原阶段冒黑烟现象严重。故考虑将阳极炉燃烧室改造成余热锅炉并对烟气余热进行有效地回收和利用,防止低空大气污染,满足环保要求,快速促进工厂循环经济的发展。
Because poor sealing, severe air leakage and heavy black smoke appear from existing rotary anode furnace in the smelting workshop at the reduction stage, modification of the combustion chamber for the anode furnace into waste heat boiler is made so that residue heat from fumes are effectively recovered and reutilized to prevent low attitude air pollution, meet environmental requirement and promote recycling economic development.
