摘要
根据格列吡嗪溶出度的性质.选择了以磷酸盐缓冲液pH7.4为溶出溶剂50ml,转篮法,100r/min,进行了溶出试验;采用了一阶导数紫外分光光度法为检测方法,排除胶囊亮的干扰。该方法简便,准确,回收率为99.93%,CV%为0.57。
The dissolution rate of glipizidi capsules was determined by rotating basket method with 500ml buffer solution of pH7. 4 as the dissolution medium at speed of 100r/min. In order to eliminate the interference of the capsule shell. the first derivation UV spectrum was adopted in this test. The method was simple and accurate. The average recovery and relative standard derivation was 99. 93 % and CV was 0. 6 %.
