利用荧光光谱法对性质相近的胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、沙雷肽酶等一些蛋白水解酶进行鉴别、测定。该法操作快速、灵敏，便于在生产和检测中应用。

This paper reported the determination and identification of proteolytic enzymes such as trypsin, chymotrysin and serrapeptase, etc, which have the same properties by using fluorimetric method. Since the methed is simpe, rapid and sensitive, it can be used determination and identification of the above described enzymes.
