摘要 对飞机整体翼梁结构进行裂纹扩展试验,应用ANSYS有限元软件对试验件结构进行裂尖应力强度因子分析,利用Paris公式对其进行寿命估算,研究飞机整体翼梁结构裂纹扩展的基本特征和规律,并进行试验与计算分析的对比。试验及分析结果可为飞机整体翼梁结构损伤容限设计及评定提供依据。 By use of the finite dement software ANSYS, stress intensity factors of the experimental stricture were analyzed. Paris formula was used to estimate the life spans of the experimental structure. The basic characteristics and behaviors (rates) of the crack propagation for wing beam integrated structure of the airplane were studied by comparison of experimental results and the computational analysis. The experimental and the analytic results can provide the bases for the damage tolerance design and assessment of wing beam integrated structure.
