摘要
对热动力水下航行器转阀配气机构温度场和应力场进行三维有限元仿真,在仿真中进行阀体与阀座之间的接触分析。根据仿真结果,提出改进阀座强度的措施,为转阀配气机构的优化设计打下基础。
The temperature and stress fields of the rotary steam-distributing valve system in thermal power underwater vehicle are simulated by using three-dimensional finite element method. Contact stress between the valve body and valve base of this system is analyzed. According to the simulation results, a method to improve the valve body strength is presented to optimize the design of the valve system.
