完善我国个人信用制度的对策与思考

The Strategy for and the Reflection upon the Maturity of Chinars Individual Credibility System

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善，信用问题日益得到了社会各届的广泛关注。在整个社会信用体系中，个人信用居于基础地位，对于维护社会政治经济生活的正常运转，起着十分重要的促进作用。必须从弘扬信用文化，完善信用评价机制，建立个人资信等方面构建适合我国国情的个人信用制度。

With the gradual development and perfection of China＇s socialist market economy system, the issue of credibility is attracting increasing attention from all walks of the society. Within the whole system of social credibility, individual credibility, as its basis, plays a stimulating role in maintaining the normal running of the political and economic life in the society. Efforts should be made in carrying forward credi- bility civilization, perfecting the credibility assessment system, and establishing individual credibility so as to construct an individual credibility system suitable for the conditions of China.
