The Exploitation and Utilization Principle of Non-intangible Culture Heritage and Tourism Resources

非物质文化遗产具有多元性、独特性、原生性、浑融性和可参与性等显著特点,是旅游开发和利用的巨大资源。本文以长江三峡地区为例,阐述了旅游经营主体应予明确的一系列开发利用原则,以及遵循这些原则对维护非物质文化的真实性、完整性和创建文化底蕴深厚、生活情趣浓郁的旅游产品和旅游服务的重要现实意义。

Non-intangible culture heritage is a huge resource of tourism exploitation, which is characterized by multi-nature, specificity, originality, fusion and participant. Taking Three Gorges Area of the Yangtze River as an example, this paper elaborates that the tourism operation subject should have a series of definite exploitation principles. It also emphasizes the significance of complying with the principles in maintaining the truth, completeness of non-intangible culture and producing tourism products and offering tourism services with rich cultural deposits and life delight.
