摘要
通过对构成我国高技术产业的医药制造业、航空航天器制造业、电子及通讯设备制造业、电子计算机及办公设备制造业与医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业等5个行业的面板数据进行实证分析，研究了1995—2003年间我国高技术产业的专利研发情况。同时，根据实证分析的结果提出推进我国高技术产业专利研发的政策建议。
This paper gives a thorough analysis on the situation of patent research in Chinese high-tech industry from the year 1995 to 2003. An empirical study is done based on the panel data in the following five industries： medicine, aviation and spaceflight, electronics and communication equipments, computer and office equipments, medical equipments and science instruments. Some policy suggestions are put forward to advance the patent research work in the high-tech industry.
