摘要
辅导员在高校教育、管理、服务工作中发挥着重要的作用,建立一支高水平、业务精的辅导员队伍对于提升整个高等教育水平至关重要,本文就高校优秀辅导员在新形势下应具备的素质特征进行探讨和归纳.
The instructor develops an important function in the education, the management, the service work of high college. Building up a troop of instructors of high level and business-mastering is very important for promoting the whole higher education level. This thesis probes inquirys into and induces the characteristics that an excellent instructor should have at new situation in college.
