摘要
对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)的机理作进一步探讨。方法:建立大鼠ANP模型,同时切除大鼠大网膜。结果:胰性腹水的量减少,腹水中胰酶及毒性物质的含量减低,由此进入血液的毒性物质的含量亦减低。结论:大网膜在ANP中的作用不可低估。只要能减少脂肪组织就能减少胰性腹水,减少胰酶及其毒性物质的含量,胰酶的活性也可降低,对周围组织的破坏作用也可减轻。
Objective:The experiment was designed to study further a pathogenesis of acute necrotic pancreatitis(ANP) in SD rats.Method:An omentectomy was performed as soon as experimental model of ANP in rats was established.Result:After omentectomy,the pancreatic ascitic fluid decreased in weight,and the levels of pancreatic enzymes and toxicants decreased,too.That is why the toxin that may enter into the blood flow,reduced in amount.Conclusion:A reduction of pancreatic enzyme activity due to decreased pancreatic enzyme in amount after resection of fatty tissue lightens a destruction to adjecent tissue.
