自身免疫性感音神经性聋临床综合诊断方法研究

A Combined Diagnostic Method for Autoimmune Sensorineural Hearing Loss

研究制定自身免疫性感音神经性聋临床综合诊断方案。方法：依据免疫抑制剂试验性治疗的结果，对确诊为自身免疫性感音神经性聋（ＡＳＨＬ）与非ＡＳＨＬ患者的各项相关检测项目及其临床表现进行比较与分析，根据各自差异情况以及ＡＳＨＬ组阳性率和非ＡＳＨＬ组的假阳性率，分别赋予相应的分值。结果：综合评分诊断方案的总分为３４分，以１６分以上作为诊断ＡＳＨＬ标准，正确率达８４．６２％。结论：ＡＳＨＬ综合评分诊断方案可作为目前临床上较为实用和有效的诊断方法。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to try to draw up a combined programme for diagnosing the autoimmune sensorineural hearing loss(ASHL).Methods:The clinical manifestations and parameters from examinations concerned were compared to each other and analyzed in the patients with and without ASHL that was judged by the result of treatment with immunosuppressant.A certain score was given according to its positive rate in ASHL group and false positive rate in non-ASHL group.Result:The scores totalled 34 in the diagnostic programme.A total of 84.62% of accurate diagnosis was obtained when 16 and more scores were defined as a criterion for determining ASHL.Conclusion:The combined diagnostic programme for ASHL is considered to be effective and applicable in clinical practice.
