基于全球价值链的流通产业集群升级研究——以绍兴纺织业为例

当前,我国的产业集群大都处于低端道路和低成本发展阶段。嵌入全球价值链是促进我国产业集群进行产业升级和获得持续竞争优势的必然选择。本文以绍兴纺织业为例,从全球价值链的角度对绍兴纺织业流通产业集群的形成、发展及存在的问题进行了分析,并对其沿全球价值链的升级路径,提出了一些政策建议。

Nowadays, many industrial clusters in China are low cost based and in a low - road stage. So it＇ s necessary for them to insert into global value chains and upgrade along with it to get a sustained competitive advantage. Based on global value chains, this paper analyzes the tormation, development and current problems about textile cluster in Shaoxing. At last, the paper of- fers some suggestions about upgrading paths of Shaoxing＇ s textile cluster.
