摘要
当前,私营企业在国民经济中的地位和作用日益提高,协调我国非公有制经济中的劳资关系是一个复杂的经济与社会问题。本文通过对我国现阶段私营企业劳资关系现状的论证,阐述了西方国家劳资关系的运行模式,分析其内在的发展脉络和深层的逻辑关系。针对我国私营企业的劳资关系出现了新变化和新特点,提出了切实可行的建议。
At present, the position and the role of the private enterprises in the national economy are raising gradually6. Moderating labor relations of our country' s non- public ccnomy is a complicated economic and social problem. This article elaborated the circulating pattern of labor relationship of westcrn countries and analyzed the developing skeleton and deepseated logical relationship according to the argument to the present condition of the labor relationship of private enterprises of out country' s prsent stage. The labor relationship of private enterprises in our country emerged new changes and new characteristics and put forward viable suggestions.
