上市公司再融资方式比较实证分析

本文针对我国上市公司利用再融资方式的现状,系统分析了不同再融资方式的特点和区别,探讨再融资方式的变化;在此基础上,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,通过实证分析来探索我国上市公司进行再融资决策的依据,从而为上市公司进行再融资方式的选择提供一定的参考。

On the basis of listed company in China by way of refinancing, this paper analyzed different refinancing ways to the characteristics, differenees and the changes of refinancing ways. On this basis, by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, the paper explored the basis for decision- making financing of China＇ s listed company through empirical analysis, and provided some reference to financing options of listed companies.
