对安徽省企业年金制度推行的思考

20年代80年代以来,我国对原有的社会保障制度进行改革,并在总结经验和借鉴国外的成功做法的基础上,确立了建立多层次养老保障制度的目标。企业年金作为我国社会保障制度的重要组成部分,一直都处在探索阶段。本文通过对安徽省部分大中型企业的调查研究,分析了我国当前建立企业年金制度存在的问题,并提出了一些建议,希望能进一步促进社会保障制度的改革。

Since the 1980＇ s, our country has heen taking a reform in the original social sccurity system . Based on the experience we have gained and with reference to the successful cases in the other countries, we intend to establish a multi- level social insurance system. However, The occupational pensions which is a important constitnent part of our country＇ s social securily system is still at a pilot stage. Through a research on some large and middle scale enterprises in the Anhai Province, the paper analyze some large and middle seale enterprises in the Anhui Prvince,the paper analyze some existion questions in our country＇s occupational pensions and make a few concrete suggestions,hoping that finther reformation of the social security system.
