淋巴管阻断对大鼠睾丸间质的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF TESTICULAR LYMPHATIC OBSTRUCTION ON THE INTERSTITIAL TISSUE IN RATS

用手术方法将健康ＳＤ大鼠睾丸淋巴管阻断，观察阻断后不同时间睾丸间质的变化。阻断后２天，间质呈现炎症反应，炎细胞浸润，血管扩张。阻断后６天，间质出现灶状增生，间质细胞梭化，数量增多。阻断后１２天，炎症反应减轻，部分间质细胞核固缩，深染。阻断后２４天，炎症反应消失，间质细胞数量减少。阻断后４８天，间质改变仍未见恢复。

The testicular lymphatics of normal adult Sprague Daulley rats were obstructed by surgical method.The occurrence of alterations in the interstitial tissue was observed at different times after operation.Inflammatory reaction,inflammatory cellular infiltration and vascular dilation were observed 2 days after operation.Focal lyperplasia appeared in the interstitial tissue,and interstitial cell changed to fusiform shape and increased in number 6 days after operation.Inflammatory reaction decreased,some hyperchromatic and pyknotic neclei of interstitial cell were observed 12 days after operation.Inflammatory reaction disappeared and intertitial cell decreased in number 24 days after operation.The alterations of the interstitial tissue did not recover 48 days after operation.
