氩离子激光凝堵输精管实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 用光导纤维把低功率氩离子(Ar+)激光引导到45只成年雄性大鼠和10只成年雄性家兔输精管中进行照射,利用激光热效应,使照射部位的输精管管腔凝固封闭。经输精管静水压测定、输精管造影、雌雄同笼、精子计数、形态学检查等。实验证明,输精管阻断成功,无致孕能力。实验发现,Ar+激光的输出功率为800mW,照射时间为4秒,对输精管管腔有良好的凝固阻断作用。 This article describes that the vas deferens of rats and rabbits was irradiated in 45 healthy adult male rats and 10 healthy adult male rabbits with low power Ar +laser conducted by the optical fibre.It made the inside of the irradiated parts coagulated by the heat effects of laser.The experiments such as hydrostatic test,vas deferens radiography,both sexes living together,sperm count and morphologic checkout showed that vas deferens was coagulated successfully without any fertility.The result indicated that it was better to coagulate and obstruct the vas deferens with Ar + laser for 800 mW output power and irradiation time for 4 seconds.
