摘要
对６４例肾移植术后应用硫唑嘌呤、环孢素Ａ引起的肝损害患者进行分析。根据临床表现和肝功能检查情况分为淤胆型、肝细胞型和混合型，并根据肝损害程度分为轻、中、重度。对药物性肝损害的发生机理、鉴别诊断及治疗进行讨论。
Sixty four cases of hepatotoxicity caused by azathioprine and cyclosporine A after renal transplant ation are reported.They were divided into cholestasis, hepatocellular and mixed types according to clinical manifestations and hepatic function tests.The degrees of hepatotoxicity were a mild,moderate and severe,The hypothesis,different diagnosis and treatment of hepatotoxicity are discussed.
