摘要
目的通过发芽试验,研究党参幼苗根系分泌物对自身种子萌发的影响,进而探索党参能否连作的问题,从而寻求一条更有利于党参集约化种植的方式。方法用不同提取时间的党参根系分泌物水溶液处理党参种子,观察各组的种子发芽率,并与自来水作对比。结果党参根系分泌物水溶液处理的自身种子发芽率显著低于自来水处理的种子发芽率,并且党参根系的生长时间越长,也就是根系分泌物越多,对党参种子发芽率的影响越大。结论党参根系分泌物对其自身种子萌发有一定的抑制作用,连作不利于党参种子的萌发,在耕作栽培时应当避免。
Objective To study the effects of root exudates of Radix Codonopsis Pilosula on self-seeds germination by budding test, and investigate the problem of Radix Codonopsis Pilosula continuous cropping and find an intensive planting model. Methods Treated the seeds of Radix Codonopsis Pilosula with different extractive time water solution root exudates of Radix Codonopsis Pilosula, and observed seeds' budding rate, and contrasted with tap water. Results The budding rates of the seeds by treated with the water solution were significantly lower than one by treated with tap water, and the longer the exudation time, the greater the effects on budding rate. Conclusion This budding test preliminary showed that the root exudates has the inhibition on self-seeds germination, and the continuous cropping were unfavourable to the seeds germination, so should avoid the continuous cropping in the process of cultivation.
