摘要
多种不同地学元数据标准共存是目前地学数据共享工作中面临的现状之一。以XML及相关内容为基础,实现对多标准地学元数据的一致化定义和表达。通过分析XML元数据在不同处理阶段的形式和特点,提出XML元数据的存储、解析和转换方案。"XML元数据+关键信息项字段映射"方案在保证检索性能的前提下,实现对不同标准元数据的统一存储和管理。在元数据的审查、发布流程中,通过行业数据专家和平台管理员的参与,尽可能确保元数据内容的正确性。通过结合多标准地学元数据共享平台和Web Services等分布式技术,提出星形分布式元数据共享体系;介绍基于该体系构建的地球系统科学数据共享网二期平台的元数据管理实例,目前该体系包括1个总中心和全国范围内的13个分中心。
Many different geo--metadata standards were put forward by organizations both international and inland in last few years. Each standard has its own users,and none of them can take place of others,so it is important to carry out a solution to manage geo--metadata of different standards. After analyzing phases of processing XML based geo--metadata one by one, this paper introduces the solution for defining, storing, parsing and translating multi--standard geo--metadata based on XML. By storing metadata in XML document and mapping key items into table fields, the metadata management system can not only manage metadata of different standards, but also ensure good search performance. In checking process, experts help to make sure that the submitted metadata gives right description to target dataset. The paper also introduces the distributed system architecture which is developed on the metadata manage system. The distributed architecture was implied in construction of Earth System Sciences Network v2. 0, which includes 1 main center and 13 data centers in China.
