摘要
实验中采用乙醇溶剂回流法提取了银杏叶有效成分,并用与Al^3+的显色反应和红外光谱法进行了定性分析;介绍了银杏叶黄酮类化合物的防脱发功效;研究了洗发香波体系中阴离子表面活性剂的复配以及银杏叶提取物有效成分的应用,结果表明:AES与K12—A的最优复配比为1:4,银杏叶有效成分的最适宜加入量为3-5%。经过国家标准和防脱发功效检验,我们成功合成了具有洗发、防脱发功效的银杏叶洗发香波。
In this experiment, the virtual component of Ginkgo biloba L was extracted by circumfluence of solvent and was qualitatively analyzed by the Al^3+ and IR spectrum. The efficacy of defending lose-hair of flavone in Ginkgo biloba L was introduced. The compatible of anionic surfactants and the application of virtual component in Ginkgo biloba L were studied. Results show that the optimum compatible ratio of AES to K12-A was one to four and the optimum accession of virtual component in Ginkgo biloba L was 3-5%. We triumphantly developed the shampoo which can wash hair and defend lose-hair by testing used the standard of China and the impact of defending lose-hair.
