和谐社会的经济基础

Economic Foundation of a Harmonious Society

和谐社会的经济基础是由和谐的生产资料所有制形式所决定的和谐的交换关系和和谐的分配关系的有机统一体。生产资料公有制和生产资料私有制的和谐要在所有权排他性的制度安排和市场均衡、法律法规健全的条件下才有可能实现。生产资料私有制并不必然导致生产资料所有者占有劳动剩余产品,它与构建和谐社会的经济基础不矛盾。

The economic foundation of a harmonious society is the entia of harmonious exchange relationship and harmonious distribution relationship determined by the harmonious ownership of production means. The harmony between public ownership and private ownership of production means can only be realized under proper system-arrangement, balanced market, and clear laws and rules. Private ownership of production means will not necessarily lead to the occupation of surplus product by the owners of production means,and it does not conflict with the economic foundation to construet a harmonies society.
