摘要
味精的主要成分谷氨酸,是一典型的兴奋性氨基酸,其神经毒性作用已受到广泛关注。本实验采用健康昆明种小白鼠,从妊娠后的第4天开始腹膜腔注射谷氨酸钠(剂量分别为60mg/kg,30mg/kg,10mg/kg,隔日一次)。于妊娠后的第18天检查胎鼠,取脑Carnorys液固定,常规石蜡切片,HE、Feulgen和Nissl染色。进行形态观察,图像分析仪随机测定大脑皮质100个神经元的Feulgen与Nissl染色的灰度值,作定量分析。结果显示,各实验组与对照组均未见形态异常,实验组各项参数与对照组比较,差异有显著性,P>0.05。
The main component of gourmet powder is a typical excitatory amino acid.Close attention has been paid to its neurotoxic action.Normal kunming strain mice were used in this study.Sodium glutamate was injected into peritoneal cavity from the fourth day of gestational period (two days at a dosage 60mg/kg,30mg/kg,10mg/kg,respectively) The embryonal mice were dissected at the eighteenth day of gestational period.The brain of embryonal mouse was removed and weighed,and was fixed in Carnorys solution.Routine paraffin section was made.HE,Feulgen and Nissl staining methods were used for morphological observaion.The ash values of 100 neurons of cerebral cortex of Feulgen and Nissl staining were randomly measured with an automated image analyser,and a quantitative analysis was made.The results showed that there was not any morphological change in the experimental groups compared with the control group.There were not significant differences between experimental groups and control group for the parameters (P>0.05).The results in this study suggest that sodium glutamate had no harmful effect on embryonal brain development of mouse.
