2007年10月31日，威伯科中国六西格玛精益生产基地庆典仪式在青岛隆重举行（见上图），威伯科全球首席执行官古杰可先生（右四）、亚太区总裁刘良博士（右五）、全球六西格玛质量副总裁Pratip Dastidar博士（左四）、全球人力资源高级副总裁Kevin Tarrant先生（左二）、全球传讯副总裁Margie Pazikas女士（左一），威伯科青岛工厂总经理黑增伟先生（左三），青岛市经济技术开发区相关领导以及重要客户和合作伙伴出席。盛大的开幕仪式彰显了威伯科继续为中国地区商用车市场服务的努力和决心，以及将中国作为全球出口平台的重要性。

On Oct.31,2007,WABCO china sixsigma Lean Factory held its groundbreaking ceremony of its manufacturing facilities in Qingdao ,Shandong province.The project,with total investment of USD 35 million, will become WABCO＇s major manufacturing set in China and provide control system products for commercial vehicles in China,Japan,Korea and US markets.It is believed that this project will play an important role in WABCO＇s global market strategy.
