莪术体外抑制成纤维细胞生长的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF RHIZOMA ZEDOARIAE INHIBITING FIBROBLASTS PROLIFERATION IN VITRO

应用体外培养的人眼结膜成纤维细胞，观察中药莪术在体外对细胞增殖的影响。结果：１０％莪术液对细胞生长有极显著的抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），而５％莪术液和对照组则对细胞生长无抑制作用（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示莪术可作为抗青光眼滤过性手术的辅助用药，预防成纤维细胞增殖导致的手术失败。

Using the 3rd passage of cultured human fibroblast cells,we investigated the effect of Rhizoma Zedoariae on cell motic function.Results indicated that 10% Rhizoma Zedoariae solution significantly inhibited the cell proliferation (P<0.001),but 5% Rhizoma Zedoariae or control group (free of any drug)had no inhibition effect. It is suggested that Rhizoma Zedoariae may be an auxiliary drug in glaucoma filtering surgery,to prevent the failure of surgery resulting from the fibroblast proliferation.
