河北省水资源严重匮乏,由于连年超采地下水已引发了严重的环境地质问题。对馆陶县地下开采现状,指出地下水压采新模式。通过综合措施即种植结构调整、工程措施、管理制度措施、咸水微咸水合理利用等,开源与节流并举,使该区域水资源能够支撑其社会、经济和环境的可持续发展。

Hebei province is short of water resources. Excessive development of groundwater has caused a series of environmental and geological problems. So several experts in GuanTao were organized to make an exploitation control plan. By adjusting cropping pattern, establishing engineering measures, implementing regulation measures, rational use of saline and slightly saline water, developing new wa- ter source and water conservation measures, water resources can support sustainable development of society, economy and environment of the county.
