湿润烧伤膏对家兔内毒素血症血液流变学的影响

EFFECT OF MEBO ON THE HEMODYNAMIC INDEXES OF ENDOTOXEMIC RABBITS

应用湿润烧伤膏涂抹正常家兔背部无毛区（１０ｃｍ×１０ｃｍ），每日２次，７２小时后分别给两组家兔静脉注射内毒素进行血液流变学观察，结果发现实验组的全血表观粘度，在高、低切变率下均较对照组低，实验组的红细胞压积也低于对照组，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０１。说明湿润烧伤膏对改善血液流变学指标起着重要作用。

MEBO was applied to the hairremoved spot (10cm×10cm) on the back of rabbit twice daily,and 72 hours later endotoxin was injected into the vein to observe the effect of MEBO on the hemodynamic indexes of endotoxemic rabbits.The result showed the whole blood apparent viscocity of the rabbits in experimental group was lower than that in control group under both the high and the low shearing rate,and the hematocrit of the rabbits in experiment group was also lower than that in control group.This result had statistically significant meaning (P<0.01),which indicated MEBO could play an important part in bettering the hemodymatic indexes.
