With social development and technological advancement, human essence is no longer considered from the pure rational thinking. This paper, by analyzing the close relationship between human essence and technique essence, points out that technique essence is the representation of human essence, and that technological development is a double-bladed sword to the development of human essence. Only by dealing them correctly to absorb what is useful and reject what is harmful can the development of human essence be enhanced.
