It is significant to fully sum up the basic experiences in constructing socialist ideology over the 30 years since the open and reform policy. In the past 30 years, our Party has accumulated many experiences in resuming its ideological line of liberating ideology and being practical and realistic, in developing socialist market economy, in constructing socialist spiritual civilization, in developing advanced socialist culture, in fully carrying out the important ideology of ＂three representatives＂ and the scientific concept of development, and has realized many ideological innovations in theory, mechanism, method, and management.
