摘要
介绍了清洁生产的基本概念,并结合中小酱醋酿造企业的实际情况,提出了实现清洁生产的主要途径和组织管理办法,以利于在中小酱醋酿造企业中应用。
The basic concept of sanitary production was introduced in this paper. With the consideration of the actual circumstances of minor enterprise, the main approaches and organization system which aimed at achieving and facilitating sanitary production in small-scale manufactories were put forward.
