Barrett′s食管在国人中的发病率及P53、EGFr在其中的表达

Prevalence of Barrett's Esophagus among Chinese Rural Population and the Expression of P53 and EGFr in Barrett's Esophagus

本研究对1448例名河南省食管癌高发区农村自然人群中进行了Barrett’s食管的内镜普查和病理组织学检查。同时对1991～1995年门诊病人中Barrett’s食管的检出率进行总结。用免疫组织化学染色法检测了P53、EGFr在Barrett’s食管中的表达。结果显示：自然人群中Barrett’s食管的患病率为0．69％，返流性食管炎的检出率8．9％。门诊病人中Barrett’s食管检出率为1．6％。p53阳性表达率为29％、EGFr为56％。研究表明Barrett’s食管中p53、EGFr的阳性表达是一种很早的生物学改变，其实际意义需长期的随访研究来确定。

The prevalence of Barett's esophagus (BE)among 1448 asymedc population living in highrisk us of esophageal caner and among 2076 out - Patients from l99l to l995 was investigated by using endmp and histopathologicl examinaon. bor, the expedon of r53 and EGFr was assayed immunohistocemically in biopsy specimens obtained bo the patients with BE. The prevalnce of BE was O.ed% among the Chinese ed population and l .6% in the out - Patients.The incideme rate pf reflux esotwhs was 8.9% among the Chinese rural populaon. The peihve expmeions of rs3 Protien and EGF were 29% and 56%, respehvely, in the Patients with BE. Present research suggests that the positive expression of P53 and EGFr may be an early indicator of carinopnesis bo BE to adenocarcinnoma of the esophagus,and it is necessary tha the patients with BE be followed up by endoscopic examination
