摘要
球形电场测量系统由球形探头和光纤传输系统两部分组成,根据探头表面剖分不同,可分为一维、二维、三维三种。本文在介绍球形探头测量基本原理,以及电场测量系统的组成和结构的基础上,综述了球形电场测量系统的研究状况及其在高电压测量领域(包括电场强度测量、高电压测量及其他参量测量)中的应用,并分析了球形电场测量系统应用于高电压测量领域中需进一步解决的问题。
In recent years spherical electric field tention by researchers, and it has also been used measurement system has received wide atin high-voltage measurement field. Spherical electric field measurement system is composed of the spherical probe and optical fiber transmission system, and according to the differences of the spherical probe, it can be divided into three kinds: which are onedimensional system, two- dimensional system, three- dimensional system. Based on the introduction of the basic measurement theory of the spherical probe and components and structure of the electric field measurement system, the development and the applications of the spherical electric field measurement system, such as in electric field strength measurement, voltage measurement and other measurement are reviewed in this paper, and some problems which need to be solved in the future are analyzed.
