敏感元件烧结测控仪的研制

摘要 介绍了采用恒流加热法设计的敏感元件烧结测控仪。本仪器的烧结电路为程控恒流源电路,该电路由单片机定时器输出的脉宽调制信号来控制。在整个烧结过程中烧结温度可以逐渐增加,烧结时间可以程序控制,保证了敏感元件的产品质量。 The sintering measurement-control instrument for sense component which is designed by constant current heating is introduced in this paper. The program controllable constant-current source circuit is used as the sintering circuit of the equipment. The program controllable constant-current source circuit is controlled by pulse-width singal which is output by microcontroller timer. The sintering temperature can be gradually increased in the whole sintering progress, and the sintering time is setted through the program, consequently the product quality of the sense component is assuranced.
