摘要
文化资源具有完全不同于自然资源的资源属性,例如潜隐性、可变性和持久性、系统性、传承性。文化旅游开发也有别于观光旅游,有明显的阶段性,即依托阶段、补偿阶段、品牌阶段。文化资源旅游开发要跳过某些开发阶段,实现跨越式发展,必须遵循特色驱动原则、优势主导原则、区域统筹原则、产品差异性原则、产业联动等原则。
Cultural resources differs greatly from the characteristics of natural resources, for example, the recessiveness, the variability, the durability, the systematic characteristic, the inheritance as well. Cultural tourism development is different obviously from sight - seeing, it has clear gradual phase, namely, the depending - exploring phase, the compensation - exploring phase, and the brand - exploring phase. If the tourism development of the cultural resources wants to jump over certain phases to realize its great - leap - development, it must follow the following principles, such as the characteristic driving, the superiority leadership, regional overall consideration, the product diversity, the industrial linkage.
