关于构建发展型大学生就业指导新模式的思考

On New Patterns of Constructing Development Model of University Students＇ Career Guidance

用发展的理论作指导，以人的全面发展为核心，构建适合不同年级、各类学生成才与发展的就业指导新模式，已成为适应社会发展，深化教育教学改革，加强就业指导工作的迫切需要。论文从建立大学生生涯发展体系入手，对构建发展型大学生就业指导新模式进行了思考。

Constructing new patterns of career guidance adjusted to different grades and different students＇ talent -formation has become the urgent need to adapt to the social development, deepen the educational teaching reform and s man＇ s full trengthen the career guidance work by regarding the development theory as instruction and promoting huscale development as the core. The author discusses constructing development model of university students＇ career guidance by way of establishing the development system of students＇ career.
