低浓度污水条件下MBBR启动及处理效果的中试 被引量:26

PILOT STUDY OF STARTUP AND TREATMENT EFFECT OF MBBR PROCESS WITH LOW-STRENGTH WASTEWATER

摘要 针对我国中小城镇地区的污水处理特点,对MBBR的启动和处理效果进行了现场中试研究。研究表明:在中、低温条件下,MBBR反应器经过37d启动成功;当进水为低浓度生活污水、MBBR水力停留时间为3.4h时,出水COD、氨氮、总氮等指标均达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级B排放标准,工艺运行稳定,处理效果好,应用前景广阔。 A pilot-scale experiment on startup and treatment effect of MBBR process was reported in this paper according to characteristics of wastewa- ter in small towns of our country. The results indicated that MBBR could accomplish startup through 37 days at low or medium temperature; main in- dexes such as COD, NH3-N, TN of effluent absolutely meet the requirement of the first-class B of “Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant” (GB 18918-2002) at low strength influent and 3.4h HRT of MBBR.; MBBR process has characteristics of stabilization, good treatment effect and vast prospect in application.
