氢化可的松-异丙嗪对烫伤大鼠平均动脉压的影响

摘要 目的 观察氢化可的松和异丙嗪对烫伤大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)的影响。方法 SD大鼠,分为3组:正常组、烫伤组、烫伤给药组,每组各9只,造成30%TBSA创面烫伤模型。动脉插管,检测平均动脉压的变化。烫伤给药组在伤后即刻腹腔注射给予氢化可的松(10mg/kg)和异丙嗪(20mg/kg)。结果 正常大鼠的MAP在检测过程中没有显著性的波动;在烫伤后,MAP即显著低于正常组,伤后2h开始逐渐降低,动物进入休克状态,与对照组相比,各时间点均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);烫伤大鼠腹腔注射给予氢化可的松和异丙嗪后,MAP缓慢升高,伤后3h后显著高于烫伤组(P〈0.05)。结论 MAP可以作为延缓休克发生药物筛选的指标。氢化可的松和异丙嗪可以在一定程度上维持动脉血压,为,临床救治赢得时间。 Objective To investigate the effect of Hydrocortisone and Promethazine on the mean arterial pressure(MAP) of the burned rats. Methods SD rats were divided into 3 groups: control group,burned group and therapy group(n=9). Burned rats had a 30%TBSA Ⅲ degree wound. Hydrocortisone ( 10 mg/kg) and Promethazine (20 mg/kg) were i.p. administered just after burn injury. MAP was continously measured by arterial intubing. Results The MAP of normal rats had no remarble changes, however the MAP of bured rats decreased and lower than that of normal group(P〈0.05). Hydrocortisone and Promethazine could increase the MAP of bured rats(P〈0.05). Conclusion MAP could be used as a marker to screen drugs for delaying shock. Hydrocortisone and Promethazine might be the first aid for burned patients.
