摘要
介绍了电力调度系统的系统结构与系统功能,设计了如何在地理信息系统中实现电网电力调度的方法,详细论述了基于图论的电网模型以及在GIS平台上实现电力调度的方法,该系统可以用于电网的动态管理与电力调度.
In this thesis, the structure and function of Electricity Dispatching system are mainly introduced; the method to dispatch electric power according to GIS is also designed. Moreover, the author expounds in detail the Electric Power Network based on the Graph theory and the methods to implement power dispatching on GIS. This system can be applied to the dynamic control of the electric power network and power dispatching.
