摘要 研究超临界CO2流体萃取当归中的挥发油的工艺.方法:用正交试验等方法,研究药材粒度、萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间及解析分离条件对超临界CO2流体萃取挥发油的影响.结果:超临界CO2流体萃取挥发油的最佳工艺条件:原料粒度40目,萃取温度40℃,萃取压力25MPa,萃取时间2h,CO2流量20L/h,分离釜I压力8MPa,分离釜I温度50℃;分离釜Ⅱ压力6MPa,分离釜Ⅱ温度50℃.结论:优选得到的工艺具有较高的提取率,该工艺合理、可行. The influence of the granule size of medical material, extraction temperature, extraction pressure, exaction time, releasing and separating condition on the extraction of angelica oil were investigated with the orthogonal design and other methods to study the extraction of angelica oil by SFE - CO2 ( CO2 Supercrifical Fluid Extraction). The optimum extraction is as follows: the granule size of medical material, 40 mu; extraction temperature,40℃; extraction pressure, 25MPa; extraction time, 2 hours; flux of CO2, 20L/h; pressure of separation pot I, 8MPa; ternperature of separation pot I, 50℃; pressure of separation pot Ⅱ, 6MPa; temperature of separation pot 1I,50℃. The optimum extraction has high extraction ratio of angelica oil. The optimum extraction is reasonable and practicable.
