摘要
通过对平菇(P123)进行组织块分离,用六种不同配方培养基进行对比培养,选择出适合于平菇(P123)母种分离和保存的培养基配方.实验结果表明,酵母粉蔗糖培养基适合于平菇(P123)的母种分离,马铃薯葡萄糖培养基适合于平菇(P123)的菌种保藏.
Through the experiment of separating tissue block of Pleurotua ostreatus （P123）, six different kinds of euhure mediums are used in the comparative experiment, so that the most suitable formula of euhure medium has been chosen to separate and preserve mother species of Plcuotus ostreatus （P123）. The experiment has proved that the culture medium of yeast powder and sucrose is fit for mother species separation and the euhure medium of potato and glucose is suitable for culture collection of Pleurotus ostreatus （P123）.
